Designed Skin Doors

Designed Skin Doors are manufactured by using Bagasse Board where all 4 side frames will be Neem wood. Both sides of Vanachai Skin will be pressed and grooving will be done as per the catalog image. Once the grooving is done, the high-quality primer will be sprinkled on both sides of the door. These doors are resistant to shrinking, swelling, cracking, and joint separation and hence, are widely acclaimed among huge clientele. These doors are now ready to paint with suitable colors. These are easy to maintain.

Usage:- Internal purpose.
Components:-

    • With 4 side Neem Wood and infill Bagasse Base. Final thickness with 32mm.
    • Groove Thickness – 12mm.
    • 3mm Skin Thickness.
    • Door Skin: Vanachai.
